1. Introduction

Welcome to SDDU Tour. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the full balance due 30 days prior to departure. Prices are listed in IDR and are subject to change without notice until booked.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation timeline:

• > 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• < 15 days before departure: No refund.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documents required for entry into the destination countries.

5. Liability

SDDU Tour is not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by force majeure, third-party service providers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
